Cheese connects photographers with clients for photography services. We provide a platform for browsing, booking, and payment of photography packages.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
Photographers must complete Stripe onboarding to receive payments. You are responsible for delivering services as agreed with clients. All services must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Clients agree to pay for booked services as specified. Payment is processed through Stripe and subject to their terms. Cancelations are subject to Cheese's cancelation policy.
A 10% platform fee is deducted from each booking payment. This fee covers payment processing and platform maintenance.
Users must not upload illegal, sexually explicit, or copyrighted content. You must have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals appearing in your uploaded content for its publication and use on the platform. Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
By uploading any content to Cheese, you grant Cheese a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from such content for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotion, and communication on any media or platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload and that this license does not infringe any third party's rights.
All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store payment card information. Refunds are handled according to Cheese's cancelation policy.
Cancelations are subject to the following conditions. If a client cancels more than 2 days before the booking, they will receive a 50% refund. If a client cancels within 2 days of the booking, no refund will be issued. If a photographer cancels, the client will receive a full refund, and the photographer will incur a 20% cancelation penalty that will be deducted from their next payment.
We are not liable for disputes between photographers and clients. Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for the quality of photography services.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
